My approach

I take a warm, relational, and collaborative approach to therapy because I believe the relationship we build together forms the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. My aim is to offer you a space where you can be fully yourself, where you feel heard, accepted, and able to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, at your own pace.

I work in an integrative way, drawing from a range of therapeutic models including Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, Solution-Focused Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and trauma-informed approaches. I also incorporate elements of inner child work and attachment theory when they’re helpful. This flexible way of working allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, shame, past trauma, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling lost or stuck, I am here to support you in making sense of your inner world, helping you recognize patterns, process difficult emotions, and move toward a more connected, grounded, and authentic version of yourself.

Therapy isn’t about giving advice or fixing problems, it’s about creating a space where real insight and change can happen, and where you can begin to feel more at home in yourself.
